Originally built to pack, store and ship lemons, the circa 1922 College Heights Packing House underwent a full renovation in 2007. Evidence of its historic past is visible everywhere- original hard wood floors, soaring iron trusses, saw-tooth clearstory skylights, heavy timber columns, corrugated metal ceilings, the loading dock turned pedestrian boardwalk, and more.
