Cinema, Hotel Casa 425 Bed & Breakfast Inn, and a Free Public Parking Garage. Metrolink and the future Gold Line Station are only 2 blocks away.

History & Architecture

Originally built to pack, store and ship lemons, the circa 1922 College Heights Packing House underwent a full renovation in 2007. Evidence of its historic past is visible everywhere- original hard wood floors, soaring iron trusses, saw-tooth clearstory skylights, heavy timber columns, corrugated metal ceilings, the loading dock turned pedestrian boardwalk, and more. Come follow in Huell Howser’s footsteps and explore the building’s industrial architecture, its history displays hosted by Claremont Heritage, and its public art throughout. Learn more
